Responsibilities for every school

 

* Take an active role when deciding the project's content.

* Decide project leader and contact person for each school.

* Keep deadlines.

* Guarantee computer access to students involved in the project. (If possible, Skype and Video conferences).

* Share project material with the other schools.

* Publish results and information about the project locally and nationally.

* Add a link to the project's web space from the school's web site.

* Arrange travels to other schools.

* Arrange housing and agenda for visiting schools.

 

Responsibilities for each school

 

Coordinating school, Löfströms gymnasium

* Keep an overview of the time- and acvtivity plan and update the other schools and project leaders about it.

* Create and update the web space.

* Handle problems that might occur and that involve the schools comprehensively.

 

BG/BRG St. Veit

* Create and publish a newsletter at least every second month.

 

Solski center Slovenj

* Coordinate time- and activity plan.

 

Lycee Jules Mousseron

* Handle evaluation on and overall level.
